Founded by an orthopedic surgeon, Forme is a science-driven posture correcting activewear brand. UMBRELLA took on a complete rebranding of their company formally known as IFGfit, and created all new naming, positioning, launch strategy, packaging, brand visuals and tonal guidelines for Forme.
Following the rebranding, Forme tasked UMB to lead 100% of their acquisition and retention strategy.

To achieve Forme's ambitious sales objectives, we implemented a social-first paid campaign with a robust acquisition strategy targeting high-income demographics for streamlined one-click purchases. As a result, Forme not only achieved its initial seven-figure sales goal within the first three months but also sustained an impressive 150% year-over-year growth since then. This remarkable success paved the way for Forme to reach the next level, as the brand soared to eight-figure revenue within just two years of its launch.
Our ad campaigns were designed to emphasize the product line’s medical benefits which drew press and organic support through testimonials which quickly established the brand’s credibility, despite being such a newcomer. At the bottom of the funnel, UMBRELLA employed dynamic ads showcasing Forme’s best selling products along with customer testimonials and UGC ads to drive conversion. With regular A/B testing and hyper specialized variations in creative to reach more targeted, nuanced high income audiences, UMBRELLA quickly developed a rich understanding of its varied customer base and its potential.
Additionally, UMBRELLA focused on growing Forme’s e-mail database on Klaviyo and created dynamic email marketing campaigns focusing on not just Forme’s products, but topics of interest for their target demographic (posture, pain relief, golf, postpartum etc), which resulted in a 35% increase in AOV. During the first year of the launch, Forme gained over 2500 email subscribers per month.
