Palma de Salus launched their first product in 2022 with a luxurious hand sanitizer that aims to redefine the category. UMBRELLA implemented a social-first strategy, beginning with a style handbook that laid out the look, tone, and voice of the brand. This was followed by monthly photoshoots along with design work for all digital assets to ensure that Palma had a distinct look online.
With the elevated price point, and a hungry market, we took the opportunity to educate customers to see the value in using superior ingredients and formulation techniques. With a highly targeted paid advertising strategy to drive traffic to Palma’s online store, the launch was a success, with over 10,000 website visitors during first week of launch and 50% month over month revenue growth.
