GROWTH MARKETING MANAGER

Position Summary:

We are seeking an innovative Growth Marketing Manager who will lead growth strategy for our clients. You will be responsible for developing customer acquisition strategies and executing performance marketing campaigns that drive digital sales growth while optimizing media spend efficiency. If you are a strategic thinker who can take a multi-pronged and very detailed approach to building towards some bigger picture goals, we’d love to chat.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Execute digital growth marketing strategy to drive sales and awareness through marketing campaigns including but not limited to: digital advertising, social advertising, paid search, affiliate, email and more.

  • Set-up and optimize paid ad campaigns (social, google adwords etc) on a daily basis.

  • Create informative weekly/monthly reports for clients and share key insights with the team. 

  • Collaborate with creative team and provide performance insights to help develop effective assets for paid advertising campaigns.

  • Develop custom customer acquisition programs for each client to build a loyal customer base and achieve sales benchmarks.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing channels, trends and tools.

  • Manage and optimize marketing spend budget and ensure monthly targets are met.

  • Develop effective email marketing strategies, optimize segmentation and manage scheduling/reporting.

  • Provide input on digital assets such as web/landing pages to increase conversion.

  • Conduct A/B tests that drive growth and lead to optimized performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years in a similar role within an agency or fashion/beauty/lifestyle brand.

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree. Degree in Marketing preferred.

  • Proficient in analytic tools (ie. Google Analytics) and digital marketing channels (Facebook business manager, SEO/SEM, Display, Affiliate, Mailchimp, Klaviyo etc).

  • A solid understanding of social media.

  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS is a plus.

  • Strong time management skills - Can juggle multiple deliverables with tight deadlines and flexible with demands and changes in business.

  • Analytical - You love numbers. You are an analytical thinker who is able to see the big picture while implementing an efficient action plan.
